About Traya Health

The rapidly expanding health IT startup Traya (Tatvartha Health Private Limited) specializes on treating chronic conditions in millennials. November 2020 saw the release of Traya following extensive clinical and commercial study. Our journey began with the management of hair loss, and we are gradually branching out to address other chronic conditions like gut health, hormones, and cholesterol. Helping our patients manage their illnesses is all that we want to do. We are science agnostic, we are big fans of data-backed science, be it Ayurveda, allopathy, or nutrition.

Roles & Responsibilities

A. Customer:

1. Help in gathering information about the requirements and preferences of customers through surveys, interviews, and research.
2. Track client comments on various channels and offer useful insights.
3. Monitor market developments and competition activities.

B. Product:

1. Assist the brand team with testing, packaging concepts, and new product introductions.
2. Assist with maintaining FAQs, descriptions, and information pertaining to products.
3. Organize product-related updates in coordination with internal teams.

C. Communication:

1. Support the implementation of brand campaigns at both physical and digital touchpoints.
2. To guarantee brand coherence, collaborate with the marketing and design departments.
3. Draft messages for social media, push alerts, and emails.

D. Content:

1. Develop interesting content concepts for blog entries, social media, and other platforms.
2. Collaborate on shots, reels, and other brand storytelling forms with the creative team.
3. Help in scheduling content and coordinating influencers.

The Traya Health internship will be for a period of 3 months.

Perks

Stipend: Rs.35,000 – 45,000 / month
