Roles & Responsibilities
- Help the sales team maintain client relationships and accounts.
- Respond to questions and concerns from clients by phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Work together with internal teams to guarantee that clients receive goods and services on schedule.
- Assist in creating proposals and sales presentations for customers.
- Examine customer comments and provide recommendations for enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
- Take part in brainstorming and sales meetings to offer creative suggestions for attracting and keeping clients.
- Support the frequent updating of the CRM system and the maintenance of accurate client records.
