Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruiting, reviewing resumes, and setting up interviews: Help find and narrow down the pool of prospects; arrange the details of the interview.
2. Keep HR databases up to date and manage recruitment tracking systems, attendance information, and personnel records.
3. Support for employee engagement: Assist in planning and directing team-building exercises, questionnaires, or orientations.
4. HR operations support: Help with general HR administrative tasks, policy communication, paperwork, and onboarding.
