Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in the operations team as an agent
- Verify that each criteria, such as booking, attendance, report, email handling, etc., is meeting its daily goal.
- Keep an eye on things and follow up with diagnostic centers to close reports.
- Make certain that the cities and zones below meet the goals.
- Preserve E2E TAT of fulfillment and TAT for report closure.
