Roles & Responsibilities
- Performing data analysis to find attrition trends and patterns.
- Determining the probability of staff turnover with statistical methods and predictive modeling.
- Producing practical insights to tackle the underlying reasons behind attrition.
- Working together with leadership, department heads, and HR teams to comprehend organizational issues and employee concerns.
- Creating and managing reporting tools or dashboards to track attrition metrics.
- Giving stakeholders advice based on data.
