The HDFC Affordable Real Estate and Technology (H@ART) Program aims to promote partnerships between technology businesses and the real estate sector. H@ART is working with a variety of partners to implement strategic technological interventions that will improve the affordable housing environment. The programme aims to coach, partner with, and invest in real estate technology firms that help the affordable housing ecosystem achieve breakthrough breakthroughs and efficiencies.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conducting desktop research on industries, businesses, and business models
2. Conducting financial research on a desktop and comparing with other businesses
3. Supporting the investment team in managing investment transactions, including financial modeling, due diligence, agency coordination, investment filing, etc.
4. Take part in initiatives that assist the companies in your portfolio.
5. Financial modeling, competition mapping, and deal closure assistance
6. Engage with PropTech startups, learn about their business strategies, and choose the best startups to address a certain issue.
7. Create documents and reports based on research

Perks

Stipend: Rs.15,000 – 25,000 / month
