Roles & Responsibilities
- Performing Inspections: Carefully inspecting the property to find small flaws such misaligned fixtures, cracks, and incomplete painting.
- Making a Snag List: Compiling a detailed list of all issues found that acts as a checklist for the contractor to follow.
- Setting Priorities: Sorting flaws according to their seriousness and effect on the project’s overall quality and safety.
- Reporting to Stakeholders: Sharing the list of issues with engineers and other pertinent parties so they can be fixed.
- Resolving Issues Found: Resolving every issue on the snag list to satisfy the necessary requirements.
- Working with Engineers: Making sure that those in charge finish the required adjustments by the predetermined deadline.
- Performing Follow-Up Inspections: Examining the property once more to make sure that all problems have been satisfactorily fixed.
- Final Quality Assurance: Verifying that the areas that have been fixed satisfy quality requirements and are prepared for transfer.
- Checking Flat Cleaning: This includes checking common area cleaning, project preparedness, key handover, site visits, customer pre- and post-possession snag spots, and flat cleaning.
- Assisting RMs: Assisting RMs with their daily tasks, such as possession, line-up, and coordination.
