Roles & Responsibilities
- Engaging in customer service to market and sell insurance products
- Establishing and preserving solid connections with clients
- Offering top-notch customer support and responding to any questions or issues
- Working together with the sales force to reach and surpass sales goals
- Reaching out to potential customers through a variety of communication channels
- Participating in training courses to improve sales and product expertise
- Informing the sales manager on sales activity and advancement
