Erin is a smart employee referral platform that maximizes your employee referral program to produce higher-quality, longer-tenure candidates at a fraction of the cost of traditional recruitment. The company's clients can automatically keep employees in the loop with automated email and mobile notifications and remove the burden of employee referrals for both employees and administrators when using an application platform that notifies employees about new positions, allows them to make referrals, and tracks referral bonuses. Founded in 2018, Erin is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States.
